Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the education and e-learning industry. . Assist customers with inquiries related to educational products and services. . Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. . Guide customers through the registration and enrollment processes. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. . Stay current on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed support. . . Fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English. . Previous experience in customer service or support roles. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. . Familiarity with the education or e-learning industry is a plus. .
