We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative execution, and has a strong track record of scaling campaigns, generating leads, and improving ROI.. You will be responsible for managing paid media, optimizing funnels, and leading cross-channel marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.. Key Responsibilities. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels . Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) . Oversee SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic and inbound leads . Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CAC, and conversion rates . Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows . Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals . Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools . Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns . Track and report on key KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar . Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles . Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI . Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) . Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar . Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies .
