Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.. . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and product inquiries.. . Assist in managing product listings and ensuring accurate information is displayed online.. . Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and customer feedback.. . Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.. . Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and best practices.. . .
