You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers in a . high-growth, US-paced environment. where speed, structure, and judgment matter.. Key Responsibilities. Own full-cycle recruitment: intake → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → onboarding . Manage multiple roles simultaneously across tech, marketing, operations, sales, and leadership . Conduct structured screening interviews and assess both technical fit and behavioral alignment . Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS workflows . Partner closely with hiring managers to set realistic expectations and reduce bottlenecks . Deliver clear hiring insights using data, funnel metrics, and pipeline reporting . Improve recruitment workflows, templates, and processes inside the ATS . Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process . Operate comfortably in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding. 3+ years of experience. as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter . Proven experience in . end-to-end recruitment. (not sourcing-only roles) . Strong experience hiring for . IT / Tech roles. (engineering, QA, data, product, etc.) . Hands-on experience using . ATS platforms. (Workable, Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) . Advanced sourcing skills using . LinkedIn Recruiter. (boolean search, pipelines, outreach) . Experience working with . international candidates. and global hiring managers . Comfortable working 9:00 AM to 6:00PM . EST . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills . Able to work independently and make judgment calls without constant approval . Nice-to-Have. Experience in . high-growth startups or scale-ups. . Exposure to . process improvement or ATS implementation. . Experience recruiting for . marketing, e-commerce, PPC, SEO, or marketplace roles. . Background working with . US-based teams or clients. .
