Responsibilities. . Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat regarding Disney + platform inquiries. . Provide information on subscriptions, content library, and troubleshooting assistance. . Document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. . Provide exemplary service while maintaining a positive brand image. . Stay updated on new content releases and platform features. . Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills. . Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. . Your nationality and native language . must. be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. .
