We are currently looking for a Mission Critical Project Manager in the United States.. We are seeking a Mission Critical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) and Building/Industrial Controls projects in high-stakes, mission-critical environments such as data centers. This role oversees the full project lifecycle—from scope definition through commissioning and closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, field services, and commissioning teams to drive technical performance while managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining excellent client relationships. This position is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional with a strong technical foundation and a track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.. Accountabilities. . Lead EPMS and controls projects from initiation to final turnover, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.. . Coordinate internal and external teams across engineering, construction, commissioning, and client organizations.. . Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, monitoring progress against milestones and financial targets.. . Identify, document, and manage change orders, collaborating with stakeholders to address scope deviations.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.. . Facilitate status meetings, reporting, and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.. . Support commissioning, testing, design reviews, and factory/systems acceptance testing as needed.. . Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project documentation requirements.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.. . 5+ years of project management experience in EPMS, BMS, SCADA, or controls systems, preferably within mission-critical or data center environments.. . PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.. . Proven experience managing projects exceeding $10M with full P&L responsibility.. .
