Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing any issues. . Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on campaign performance. . Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services where appropriate. . Proven experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency or client-facing role. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. . Strong organizational and project management abilities. . Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. . Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and campaign types. .
