This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in the North Central region by leading strategic sales of advanced Threat Detection, Investigation, & Response (TDIR) solutions. The Sales Director will manage the full sales cycle, influence C-level decision-makers, and collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that optimize enterprise IT operations. You will leverage both strategic insight and technical knowledge to close high-value deals while building strong, lasting customer relationships. The role requires a mix of leadership, tactical execution, and analytical skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Manage the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal for all opportunities in the North Central region.. . Identify key accounts, critical contacts, and incumbent technologies to develop tailored strategies.. . Build and maintain a channel community as a prospecting mechanism.. . Analyze objections (pricing, product, competition, political factors) and address them proactively.. . Develop detailed procurement cycle strategies, leveraging systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.. . Prepare quotations, proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to finalize contracts.. . Serve in a consultative role on technical issues, utilizing solution-selling methodologies and strategic concepts.. . Communicate the value of TDIR solutions effectively to all stakeholders, including C-level executives.. . . Proven experience selling ROI-driven enterprise software, network/security, or related solutions to C-level decision-makers.. . Track record of closing six-figure deals and managing 6–12 month sales cycles.. . Experience selling SaaS solutions and navigating complex organizations.. .
