Monitor user-generated content and activity to identify and address violations of safety and community standards.. . Conduct thorough investigations into reported safety incidents and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine policies that enhance digital safety and trust.. . Provide detailed reports and insights on safety data and trends to support strategic decision-making.. . Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is required.. . Previous experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related roles is preferred.. .
