Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat concerning transportation services. . Assist customers with inquiries related to rail, shipping, and logistics processes. . Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure effective resolution of customer inquiries. . Provide information on schedules, pricing, and service updates. .
