Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement.. . Proactively identify risks and work with internal teams to implement solutions that ensure success.. . Deliver tailored guidance, best practices, and training to help customers fully leverage their solutions.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.. . Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.. . Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide strategic decisions and measure success.. . Hands-on experience with customer success and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, HubSpot).. .
