Source and engage potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and personal connections.. . Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.. . Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.. . Keep accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.. . Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process in Norwegian.. . Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy.. . Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus..
