We’re looking for a creative and culturally-savvy Social Media Manager to lead organic social channels — including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll shape and execute a consistent content strategy that reflects our brand, engages our growing community, and keeps us on the pulse of social and pop culture trends. . Key Responsibilities: . . Organic Social Media Management . . . Own organic social strategy across key platforms . . Create and manage a monthly content calendar . . Write and publish 3–4 high-quality posts per week with assistance from the creative director. . Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and promotions. . . Content Development and Direction . . . Collaborate with the Creative Director to plan and produce original content. . Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep content relevant and timely . . . Community Management and Reporting . . . Engage with our audience and track performance to optimize content . . Document and report any important feedback on the product, the brand or any other relevant data . . Report on key metrics and social growth to the team, compiling a monthly report showcasing metrics and learnings . . . Requirements: . . 4+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts . . Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, X, and social content best practices. . Good writing skills and an eye for aesthetics and storytelling . . Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, or similar . . A track record of growing and engaging audiences. .
