Technical Dispatcher (Engineering degree) at Crystalia Glass. We’re hiring a Technical Dispatcher to support our fast-paced installation team.. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with both field crews and clients — while also applying your technical understanding to ensure projects are installation-ready.. Key Responsibilities:. Assign daily tasks to field teams and track progress in ClickUp . Communicate with clients about visit schedules, delays, or rescheduling . Verify technical readiness of openings before installation (measurements, drawings, materials) . Review shop drawings or specifications to identify potential issues before dispatch . Ensure crews are prepared with the correct materials, glass, and hardware . Book hotels for traveling installers . Monitor vehicle mileage and documentation (registration, insurance) . Support project managers with coordination and issue tracking . Review quality of completed work and report problems if needed . Requirements:. 1+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, construction, or engineering coordination . Engineering or technical background preferred (construction, architecture, or related field) . Strong communication and organizational skills . Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements . Confident English (B2 or above) . Comfortable using task management tools (ClickUp or similar) . Company Location: Armenia.
