We are hiring a Telehealth Patient Data Entry & Admin Specialist to support a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth provider specializing in medical cannabis evaluations and certifications. The company delivers fully remote, video-based consultations, helping patients quickly and securely obtain or renew their medical cards online. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate patient data processing, virtual waiting room coordination, and patient communication, ensuring a smooth and efficient telehealth experience. . Responsibilities. Accurately input and update patient data across registration systems and PDF forms. Manage virtual waiting rooms, including sending video links and monitoring attendance. Coordinate patient flow in real-time across multiple platforms during consultations. Respond to patient inquiries via text and email; make occasional outbound calls if needed. Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient information to prevent processing delays. Provide general administrative support and assist with daily operations. Experience in data entry, admin support, or healthcare-related roles. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive patient data. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, PDF forms, and basic computer tasks. Clear and professional written communication skills (English). Reliable, responsive, and highly organized during working hours. Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
