We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our B2B digital presence across marketing automation, email campaigns, social platforms, and performance analytics. This full-time role plays a critical part in driving awareness, engagement, and demand gen through integrated marketing programs that support pipeline growth and sales success..  . The ideal candidate is equally comfortable digging into platform data and crafting compelling campaigns. You’ll bring deep experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social platforms—and know how to turn insights into action that amplifies results.. Drive Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution. ●       Develop and execute integrated demand generation and nurture campaigns.. ●       Build and manage contact lists to support targeted marketing initiatives.. ●       Collaborate with product marketing on the drafting and editing of compelling email content for lead nurturing, product announcements, newsletters, and other external communications.. ●       Set up A/B tests and analyze results to optimize engagement and conversions.. ●       Manage paid advertising programs and SEO efforts to boost visibility and lead generation.. Marketing Automation & Campaign Optimization. ●       Own marketing automation tools, ensuring smooth marketing campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance analysis.. ●       Maintain data hygiene and segmentation within Salesforce for accurate targeting and reporting.. ●       Partner with inside sales to align campaigns with outbound efforts and lead qualification.. ●       Develop and manage dashboards to monitor campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights.. Lead Social Media Strategy & Execution. ●       Manage external social media consultant or contractor resource.. ●       Define and implement a scalable, engaging social media strategy across key platforms.. ●       Manage posting schedules and amplify content to increase traffic, engagement, and follower growth.. ●       Track social performance and report insights regularly, adjusting strategies based on trends and results.. ●       Conduct trend research to keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with audience interests.. Qualifications. ●       Must be US-based and able to work during US business hours.. ●       5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in both B2B marketing automation and social media management.. ●       Expert in Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot or similar tools with Salesforce.. ●       Expert in social media platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout, Sendible or similar.. ●       Design, execute, and evaluate email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture flows, with a focus on optimizing performance and delivering measurable outcomes at each stage of the sales funnel.. ●       Strong understanding of marketing metrics including engagement, demand, and conversion KPIs.. ●       Demonstrated ability to run and optimize paid advertising campaigns and improve SEO performance.. ●       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.. ●       Ability to lead and communicate effectiveness of marketing campaigns to executives and provide recommendations for pipeline growth.. ●       Proven record of partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.. ●       Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.. ●       Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.. ●       Collaborative team player with cross-functional leadership skills.. ●       Familiarity with B2B buyer journeys and complex sales cycles.
