Your fluency in German will be essential to effectively communicate with clients, providing answers to their questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience with our software. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and facilitating the success of HR operations for our clients.. Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding HR and payroll software inquiries. . Assist customers with software navigation, features, and troubleshooting. . Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate solutions for complex issues. . Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and product offerings. . Stay informed about the latest updates in HR technology and payroll solutions. . . Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation and a problem-solving attitude. . Experience in customer service, particularly in software support or HR services, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and provide timely solutions. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. .
