You will define and execute initiatives that accelerate time-to-value for customers while scaling adoption across the platform. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams, you will translate insights and experimentation into high-impact product features. The position requires a balance of strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and practical execution to continuously improve the customer experience and product outcomes. In this role, you will:. ·         Own and execute product-led growth strategy focused on activation, adoption, automation, and ongoing engagement.. ·         Define, track, and optimize key metrics for activation, adoption, retention, and overall product engagement.. ·         Lead agile product development cycles, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative delivery of growth initiatives.. ·         Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centric features that reduce friction and accelerate customer value.. ·         Design and manage experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to inform decisions and improve outcomes.. ·         Build automation-driven solutions to enable seamless customer self-service and long-term engagement.. ·         Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, GTM, and customer success teams to embed PLG practices across the organization.. ·         Mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to a high-performing and mature product organization.. The ideal candidate will have:. ·         6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior PM or leadership role.. ·         Proven success in product-led growth environments with direct ownership of activation, adoption, and engagement metrics.. ·         Strong experience in agile product development, backlog prioritization, and sprint management.. ·         Ability to translate strategy into actionable product features and initiatives efficiently.. ·         Deep understanding of growth levers including onboarding, lifecycle automation, funnel optimization, and product-driven expansion.. ·         Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market.. ·         Strong analytical skills, comfortable with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making.. ·         Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams toward shared goals..
