Deliver exceptional customer support in Swedish for inquiries about smart home technology.. . Assist customers with the installation, setup, and operational queries of smart home devices.. . Collaborate with technical support teams to provide solutions promptly.. . Stay up-to-date with product specifications and industry trends to better assist customers.. . Gather customer feedback and contribute to improvements in service delivery.. . . Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.. .
