Prepare agendas, notes, summaries, and follow-ups for leadership and board meetings.. Filter, prioritize, and respond to incoming communication on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.. Drive follow-ups on key initiatives to ensure accountability across teams.. Build lightweight systems for task tracking, reminders, and executive workflows.. Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline. Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, CRM systems, and scheduling tools. Able to handle ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-pressure situations. Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable anticipating needs. High level of discretion and professionalism.
