As a Senior Financial Manager, you will:. . Oversee financial operations and reporting across multiple geographies.. . Collaborate with management, accountants, auditors, and vendors to ensure seamless financial processes.. . Manage and monitor budgets, perform bank reconciliations, and support financial audits.. . Maintain accurate records and reports in QuickBooks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.. . Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.. . Contribute to multiple projects with enthusiasm and adaptability.. . Supporting HR tasks. . . We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:. . Certified Public Accountant (CPA).. . Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance or accounting role with startups, equity ventures or venture capitals; auditing team experience is an advantage.. . Proficiency in . QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel.. . . Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.. . Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.. . Enthusiasm for working with diverse projects and collaborating across teams.. . Full proficiency in .
