You will partner with senior leadership and operational teams to enhance offerings, manage a team of program managers, and ensure programs align with organizational goals. Lead the development of next-generation credit programs, including market segment identification, competitor analysis, credit rules, and scorecard integration.. . Implement AI-driven solutions and API tools to improve program efficiency and performance.. . Establish project management principles and frameworks for business requirement documentation.. . Partner with operational departments (Sales, Credit, Funding, etc.) to enhance program offerings.. . Manage and develop a team of program and market research managers.. . Collaborate with senior executives across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology to drive strategic credit initiatives.. . Plan and oversee ongoing program excellence to ensure alignment with company goals.. . Drive initiatives and continuous improvements using data-driven insights.. . Maintain effective communication across multiple departments and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.. . . Minimum 10 years of experience in credit program development and management, including credit rule creation and implementation using advanced analytic models and technologies.. . At least 5 years of experience managing teams.. . Strong expertise in interpreting advanced analytics, machine learning models, and technology applications for program management.. . Experience in gathering competitor intelligence and implementing credit risk policies and guidelines.. . Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.. . Background in auto finance preferred.. .
