In this role, you will be responsible for:. . Supporting routine cloud operations and health monitoring across Azure services, including App Services, Storage, Key Vault, and PostgreSQL.. . Assisting with CI/CD pipeline operations, reviewing pull requests, and collaborating with developers under guidance.. . Learning to create and maintain infrastructure using Bicep templates and contributing to operational improvement efforts.. . Providing first-line IT support for laptops, operating systems, and productivity tools in a mixed-device environment.. . Assisting with device setup, imaging, patching, and endpoint security using Intune and other management tools.. . Supporting security operations, including access control, MFA, RBAC, and compliance readiness.. . Documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, and escalating technical problems as appropriate.. .
