Participate in the testing process for new product features and updates, ensuring alignment with quality standards.. . Collaborate closely with development, support, and documentation teams to ensure thorough test coverage.. . Maintain and enhance manual testing workflows, test cases, and related documentation.. . Identify, log, and verify defects using established tracking tools.. . Drive quality assurance initiatives and suggest process improvements within the QA team.. . Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation tests using C# and other relevant tools.. . . . Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least 1 year leading QA workflows.. . Proficient in CI/CD practices and familiar with version control systems like Git or SVN.. .
