Digital Consultations: Deliver instant message chat consultations to users.. Unbiased Expertise: Recommend solutions based on hair science and suitability, not sales targets.. Flexible Availability: Log in and work whenever you choose. You have total control over your schedule.. Quality Standard: Maintain a consistently high user rating (4.0+ Stars) to remain active on the platform.. THE "SHARE OF SUCCESS" PAY MODEL. We do not pay a flat minimum wage.
