Responsibilities. . Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in the real estate industry. . Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to property listings. . Assist clients with the purchase and rental processes. . Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure smooth transactions. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. . Provide clients with updates on property availability and market trends. . Support clients in understanding property documents and agreements. . . Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus). . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Experience in customer service or real estate preferred. . Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. . Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. .
