We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Analyst to support the Data Collection Workbook Assistive Web Application (DAWA) as part of a major federal health IT modernization program. In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Program Analyst to coordinate data collection activities, manage user onboarding, and ensure operational readiness during site transition and cutover events. You will play a critical role in maintaining documentation, organizing stakeholders, and supporting cross-functional teams. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will collaborate with distributed teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that impacts healthcare delivery for veterans nationwide.. . Accountabilities. . Coordinate DAWA data collection sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with site staff.. . Support user management by tracking access requests, onboarding new users, and maintaining accurate site rosters.. . Organize and track site subject matter experts for DAWA orientation sessions, ensuring readiness for upcoming activities.. . Attend sessions with the Senior Program Analyst to provide coordination support, take notes, and manage follow-up actions.. . Maintain DAWA documentation such as checklists, quick reference guides, and internal Teams content.. . Monitor and respond to inquiries in the DAWA Teams Q&A channel, and compile lessons learned from recorded sessions.. . Provide administrative and logistical support for DAWA meetings, training calls, and coordination sessions.. . Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to align DAWA tasks with project milestones and objectives.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field.. . 5+ years of experience supporting federal healthcare IT or program management initiatives.. . Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with experience coordinating multi-team activities.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.. . Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for documenting and reporting across distributed teams.. . U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.. . Bonus: Prior experience supporting VA programs, familiarity with DAWA or cutover data tools, and certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, CAPM, or PMI-PBA.. . . Company Location: United States.
