You will be responsible for expanding and nurturing business opportunities within skilled nursing facilities by:. . Generating new contracts to meet production goals.. . Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships.. . Negotiating contracts and service agreements.. . Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports.. . Representing the organization at business and trade events relevant to the unit.. . Promoting endorsed programs and services within your assigned territory.. . Performing other duties as assigned by management.. . Ideal candidates will bring a combination of experience and skills including:. . Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.. . 3 to 5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.. . Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.. . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.. . Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.. . Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.. . Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.. . Ability to plan and organize travel across the territory efficiently.. .
