Role Overview: . Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese through calls, chats & emails.. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.. Fluent in both Portuguese and English.. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.. Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.. Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them).. Having an experience with crypto is huge plus.. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment..
