Source, screen, and engage candidates for a range of job openings using various recruitment methods.. . Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.. . Partner with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their hiring requirements and company culture.. . Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate communication, feedback, and offer negotiations.. . Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.. . Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.. . Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement.. . Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment processes effectively.. .
