Accountabilities. . Provide on-site instruction and technical support in CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming.. . Program and set up CNC machine tools from start-to-finish, including first article inspection.. . Utilize MasterCAM for programming, including 5-Axis and Mill-Turn applications where applicable.. . Analyze client operations to recommend optimization strategies and process improvements.. . Deliver technical demonstrations and solutions that increase efficiency and add value to customer operations.. . Maintain strong professional relationships with clients while traveling extensively across assigned regions (up to 80% travel).. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class service and support.. . . Minimum of 5 years of high-level MasterCAM programming experience.. . Expertise in CNC machining setup, programming, and operation.. . Knowledge of 5-Axis and/or Mill-Turn applications preferred.. .
