You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Programmatic Solutions, to ensure campaigns run efficiently and exceed client expectations. Become a power user of digital media platforms, executing full 360° YouTube media planning and buying.. . Serve as the primary consultant to clients, advising on product solutions, targeting strategy, inventory, buying platforms, and campaign optimizations.. . Lead client kick-off calls, setting expectations and acting as the central point of contact for inquiries.. . Manage and grow a book of business, focusing on client retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities.. . Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively addressing issues and providing optimization strategies.. . Prepare mid-campaign, end-of-campaign reports, and conduct quarterly business reviews for key clients.. . Maintain accurate CRM records, reconcile monthly billing, and ensure data integrity.. . Collaborate with Product and internal teams to improve offerings and platform functionality.. . Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and share insights to enhance client strategies.. . The ideal candidate should have:. . 2+ years of experience in YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, or Programmatic/Trading Desk buying.. . Client-facing experience with agencies and/or brands.. .
