The Director of Oracle HCM Solutions will lead the strategic vision, design, and deployment of enterprise Human Capital Management solutions. You will influence large-scale projects, foster executive-level relationships, and drive adoption of best practices across HR, payroll, and workforce management processes. Accountabilities. . Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oracle HCM and ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.. . Act as a senior advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing HR, payroll, and workforce operations with Oracle HCM solutions.. . Drive presales initiatives by providing technical and functional expertise to high-value prospects and leading complex sales cycles.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, scalable HCM solutions that adhere to industry best practices.. . Represent Oracle HCM solutions at conferences, forums, and client meetings to promote competitive advantages.. . Partner with executive leadership to refine strategy, identify growth opportunities, and align product offerings with market demands.. . Lead proposal development for large and complex client engagements, communicating clear value propositions and ROI.. . Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in HCM, ERP technologies, and workforce management solutions.. . Act as a customer advocate, collecting feedback to improve product solutions and service delivery.. . . 12–15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, ERP, or Supply Chain Management with a strong track record in presales and solution delivery.. . Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, set strategic vision, and manage large-scale global initiatives.. . Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.. .
