About the role:. We’re seeking an experienced Virtual Agent Strategist to play a crucial role in helping our customers realise value from transformational AI. You’ll own the customer lifecycle end-to-end: leading onboarding; identifying and delivering expansion opportunities; and ensuring customers continue to realise maximum value. Collaborating with sales, engineering and operations, you’ll own the key metrics of time to value, impact, and customer lifetime value.. You’ll also work alongside product and operations to build and mature the Strategist function, with an opportunity to build and lead a team in future. This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned solutions strategist or CSM to challenge themselves and prepare to step into leadership. . You will:. . . Navigate large organisations to deliver high impact, complex implementations. . Our products automate critical, high-volume and complex processes, so you’ll need to be comfortable getting into the details of implementations whilst never losing sight of the business goals. . . Own and deliver on pivotal metrics. around onboarding speed, impact, customer lifetime value and churn. . . Manage a portfolio of customers as their main point of contact,. expertly balancing their needs with Unitary’s broader goals; maximising Virtual Agents’ impact; and identifying and delivering on expansion opportunities. . . Communicate precisely and empathetically to technical, non-technical and C-level stakeholders,. building credibility and helping them to understand what they can achieve with Virtual Agents. . . Join as our very first Strategist,. working closely with product and operations to develop, scale and mature the function from the ground up. You’ll help us to create, codify and scale our customer practices, with an opportunity to step into a leadership role in the near future. . . 3+ years experience as a solutions engineer/consultant, customer success manager or similar for complex products that are deployed in critical business functions with high impact, and overall 5+ years working in customer or project roles or at tech companies. . Experience with AI or automation products a plus. . Comfortable discussing and managing sophisticated technology products that solve complex business problems. . Highly analytical: able to navigate complex organisations, uncovering hidden pains and leveraging our product to solve them. The AI frontier is moving at lightning speed and we are evolving our offering incredibly quickly, so you will need to be able to continually adjust your operating assumptions. . Ruthlessly organised and detail-oriented: be close enough to our product and customers’ processes to manage complex implementations, solve operational problems, help engineers prioritise and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. . Customer-focused: able to become a trusted long-term partner for our customers. . Strategic and product-minded: constantly on the lookout for customer insights that inform our proposition or go-to-market strategy, and continually thinking about how to codify and scale your role. .
