Skills Required:. . 3+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition   . . Previous recruitment experience in environmental consulting/due diligence strongly . preferred . . Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive candidates . . Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools  . . Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems  . . What will you do?. . Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. . Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, internet searches and social media platforms . . Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs . . Conduct Boolean searches and leverage advanced search techniques to identify potential candidates . . Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies . . Collaborate with recruitment director to understand position requirements and create targeted sourcing plans . . Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activities and effectiveness . . Maintain candidate database and lead sheets, ensuring and sharing accurate documentation of all sourcing activities . . Foster positive relationships with potential candidates through professional networking. . Handle administrative responsibilities including database updates and Consultant/Vendor onboarding. .
