As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping a high-performing and diverse workforce. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. This role combines strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and employer branding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.. . Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels.. . Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.. . Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.. . Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.. . Enhance the candidate experience through professional and engaging interactions.. . Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.. . Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.. . . Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.. . Proven success recruiting for both technical (software engineers) and non-technical (sales executives) roles, particularly in SaaS B2B.. . Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools/platforms.. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.. . Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes independently in a fast-paced setting.. . Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.. . Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software; experience with Workable is a plus.. . Proactive, results-oriented approach focused on quality and candidate experience.. .
