Key Responsibilities. . Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions tailored to client requirements.. . Work across both functional and technical teams to analyze, design, and enhance business processes.. . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.. . Provide guidance and support during various project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.. . Identify and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality deliverables.. . Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and ensure adoption of implemented solutions.. . Qualifications. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations.. . Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industries.. . Proven experience in both functional and technical roles, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.. . Knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM.. . Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.. . Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.. . Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.. .
