Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including web pages, brochures, blogs, emails, and other materials. . Manage timelines, track project progress, and ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget. . Organise and promote webinars, trade shows, and company-sponsored events. . Gather and analyse market trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies. . Develop and schedule content using AI and marketing tools, maintaining a structured content calendar. . Schedule, post, and monitor social media content, responding to comments and inquiries as needed. . Track marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports to the IOM. . Act as a communication bridge between the marketing team, other departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution. . Support customer and prospect database maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and coordination among users. . Ensure all promotional materials and marketing assets align with the company’s brand guidelines. . Assist in creating, sending, and tracking email campaigns targeted at different customer segments. . Update website content, including case studies, blogs, and promotional materials. . Identify and report potential issues affecting campaign effectiveness or marketing plan execution. . Work on assigned internal projects to improve processes and efficiency within the marketing team. . . Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or digital marketing. . Strong content creation and copywriting skills. . Familiarity with social media management tools, AI-driven marketing tools, and email marketing platforms. . Experience with Google Analytics, reporting tools, and market research. . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. . Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and website management platforms. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. .
