Conduct initial candidate screenings in Danish and English. . Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. . Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping. . Provide exceptional support in the recruitment process from start to finish. . Assist in developing creative strategies for talent acquisition. . . Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. . A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. . Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training provided). . Familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. . Be willing to come to Greece for a fully paid 3 months training. After the training you can work remote worldwide. . Company Location: Denmark.
