(all genders), you’ll be responsible for secure, scalable feature development—owning the backend, shaping architecture, and mentoring the team.. . Full Stack Development. : Lead end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment, with a strong focus on security and scalability. . . Architecture & Design. : Drive architectural decisions to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and long-term system sustainability. . .
