Lead and manage end-to-end People Operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily HR processes.. . Serve as a trusted HR/People point of contact, advising employees and managers on various people-related matters including policies, benefits, and employee relations.. . Own the pre-onboarding to offboarding experience to ensure high-quality, timely, and human-centered touchpoints.. . Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for accurate, timely payroll and benefits administration.. . Maintain and update employee data across systems (e.g., HRIS, EOR platforms like Multiplier), ensuring accuracy and compliance.. . Serve as a trusted HR/People point of contact, advising employees and managers on various people-related matters including policies, benefits, and employee relations.. . Support compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies across our operating regions (APAC, Europe, US, and LATAM). . Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects and contribute to strategic initiatives that scale our people operations and enhance employee experience.. . . 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, People Partnering or similar roles, ideally within start-up environment. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills—empathetic, approachable, and clear. . Able to work across functional areas and levels of the organisation. . Thrives in fast-paced, growing environments with shifting priorities. . Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. . High proficiency with Google Workspace (docs, sheets, slides) and adaptable to various HR systems. . Strong understanding of employment regulations, especially across global regions. . Strong attention to detail, organisation, and data accuracy. . Nice to Have:. . Prior experience with tools like BambooHR/Hibob, Notion, and Slack. .
