We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented . Salesforce Systems Administrator. with a strong focus on . configuration, declarative automation (Flow), and system optimization. . The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support business operations, improve user experience, and drive process efficiencies across departments. This role does not involve Apex or complex coding but requires advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow, configuration, and platform administration.. . Key Responsibilities:. . Serve as primary administrator for the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other relevant products).. . Design, build, and maintain scalable . Flow automations. to improve and streamline business processes.. . Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.. . Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools.. . Maintain system integrity by monitoring user access, data security, and audit controls.. . Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views for various business functions.. . Assist in user onboarding/offboarding and provide training and support to end users.. . Perform routine system maintenance, including data deduplication, health checks, and sandbox refreshes.. . Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and assess impact on existing org configurations.. . Work with external vendors and consultants as needed.. . . Qualifications:. Required:. . 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.. . Deep understanding and hands-on experience with . Salesforce Flow. (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows).. . Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce configuration without code.. . Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.. . Preferred:. . Experience with tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party data management apps.. . Familiarity with permission set groups, dynamic forms, and dynamic actions.. . Experience in change management and deployment processes (e.g., Change Sets, DevOps tools).. .
