Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, managing and developing design teams. . Strong portfolio showcasing strategic impact and hands-on design execution. . Deep experience in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools. . Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. . Strong systems thinking, user-centric mindset, and understanding of business impact. . Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environments. .
