As a QA Delivery Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software projects across multiple business units. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to testing standards, and implement effective QA processes that align with project goals. Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.. . Developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and communication processes across all projects.. . Managing project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.. . Monitoring progress, generating reports, and maintaining metrics dashboards.. . Identifying and resolving project issues, conflicts, and risks effectively.. . Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to take ownership and deliver results.. . Building and maintaining strong business relationships with partners and customers.. . Ensuring QA processes, testing methodologies, and standards are properly implemented and maintained.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 8+ years of experience in QA and project delivery management.. . Proven track record delivering digital projects and products using Agile methodologies.. . Experience in E-commerce, Digital Transformation, and bespoke projects.. . Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation, defect management, and test management tools.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt style and content for diverse audiences.. . Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities.. .
