As a representative, you will communicate with clients in Italian, assisting them with various inquiries related to shipping and courier services.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide detailed information about logistics processes and assist customers in tracking their shipments.. . Manage the resolution of customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.. . Stay informed about the latest shipping regulations and market trends to assist customers accurately.. . Promote additional services and solutions to enhance customer experiences.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or courier sector.. .
