Responsibilities:. Own cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, CX, product, and fulfillment teams . Track priorities, deliverables, deadlines, and ownership across active initiatives . Drive daily follow-ups, accountability, and escalation of blockers . Manage and maintain the Notion project management system as the central source of truth . Build workflows, SOPs, reporting cadences, and operational structures to improve efficiency . Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, 3PL partners, and internal operational teams . Provide structured daily and weekly leadership reporting on execution status . Identify bottlenecks and create repeatable systems to improve operational clarity . Ensure consistent follow-through across launches, campaigns, operations, and reporting workflows. Must-Have:. Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented. Fast-moving, proactive, and execution-obsessed. Strong in written communication (clear, concise, professional). Strong proficiency in Notion (this role requires advanced Notion usage — databases, views, dashboards, templates, and project workflows). Experience with Asana/Monday/Trello is a plus, but Notion is our core operating system. Comfortable working in a high-accountability environment where deadlines matter. Nice-to-Have:.
