Operating under a FCA-approved Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, MADFIN delivers card acquiring tailored for fast-moving, high-growth businesses. We are looking for experienced Partnership Manager to join our rapidly growing team. . Responsibilities:. Identify, onboard, and manage acquiring partners (banks, PSPs, processing platforms, payment facilitators). Own end-to-end partner relationships: negotiations, commercials, onboarding, and ongoing performance. Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to align partner requirements. Lead commercial discussions, pricing models, and contractual frameworks. Monitor partner KPIs, volumes, approval ratios, and operational efficiency. Support market expansion by sourcing new acquiring routes and backup solutions. Represent MADFIN in partner meetings, events, and industry conferences. 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within acquiring / payments / fintech. Strong understanding of card acquiring, payment flows, schemes (Visa / Mastercard), and risk considerations. Experience working with banks, PSPs, or payment processors. Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance and technical teams. Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
