Install, configure, and support Avast VPN solutions for secure remote access. . Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues related to VPNs and network security. . Manage hardware and software inventory, installations, and updates. . Handle password resets, email configuration, and other MS account-related tasks. . Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and technical processes. . Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT support aligns with operational needs. . Stay updated with the latest security practices and software updates. .  . Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. . Strong knowledge of . Microsoft 365 administration.
