
Travel Agency Coordinator - Work From Home at Twoconnect. We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Agency Coordinator with strong CRM skills to support the end-to-end travel booking process and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves preparing tailored travel quotes, managing reservations, and ensuring accuracy across all documentation and itineraries. You will collaborate closely with travellers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements.. Assist with the travel booking process.. Utilising Zoho CRM, generate tailored quotes and create personalised travel packages based on travellers' interests.. Conduct availability searches and consolidate reservations as per booking (car hire, accommodation, etc.).. Monitor bookings and meticulously review traveller information and documentation to eliminate errors throughout the process.. Create comprehensive itineraries for travellers' post-booking confirmation.. Handling administrative tasks related to travel arrangements for seamless coordination.. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferable.. Previous experience working within a travel agency.. Demonstrated understanding of travel industry operations.. Self-motivated and independent worker, enthusiastic about continuous learning and growth within the organization.. Willingness to learn about and understand various travel destinations and activities from within the region.. Provide valuable insights for customer experiences..
