Ukrainian & English.  skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);. 1-2 years of experience. in tech service industry, ideally in customer success or account management;. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively;. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team;. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company;. Mature and responsible attitude;.
